EH-08 Horizontal Discharge, Elevating Prefeeder

The EH series elevating prefeeder is designed to handle a variety of medium sized parts. Using a modular, plastic cleated chain to vertically and then horizontally transport parts, the EH series multi-dimensional discharge is closer to the feeder bowl, eliminating potential scraping or scuffing of parts, and is able to reach over existing equipment. The average belt speed is 32 feet per minute, and the cleated elevator belt has nominal cleat height of 2" and a cleat pitch of 6", allowing for maximum product loading.
