Shibuya Hoppmann's rotary labeling system is designed with the needs of the contract packager and end user in mind. Shibuya Hoppmann has designed a versatile rotary labeler which can accommodate wrap-around, front & back, neck and spot labels as well as a wide range of product shapes and sizes, all within the same system. The rotary turret incorporates both the product handling capabilities and our industry leading label applicators and is completely designed and built in the Untied States of America. This combination of product handling experience and accurate label applicators provides our customers with a rotary labeler system unsurpassed in accuracy, speed, reliability and performance.

Product Overview

Shibuya Hoppmann’s fully synchronized rotary labeling systems are designed to exceed customer’s expectations in even the most demanding production environments. The conveyor, infeed and discharge transfer wheels along with the timing infeed screws are part of the system and matched throughout all speed ranges. The unique configuration of the SH-AFE allows for maximum flexibility with minimal changeover time. This system can apply labels to a container in wrap-around, wipe-on or front and back modes in the same turret.
