VBS - Versatile Modular Bottle System
Shibuya Hoppmann, in conjunction with Shibuya Kogyo Co., Ltd., introduces a cost-saving, space saving, multi-purpose bottling system that can handle many different style bottles for different industries: cosmetic, personal healthcare, beverage, etc. The modular design allows for easy input of future line options; the start-up can be done with minimal modules, and the retrofit is easy! The transfer system is designed with spring loaded “V” shaped grippers, allowing for a variety of bottle shapes and sizes with no change parts and no pucks needed!
The concept of a system designed with modular construction, flexible line layout (layout could include a bottle inserter, air cleaner, filler, plugger, capper, bottle remover, even a transfer system), handling a wide variety of bottle sizes, stable bottle handling (no pucks), and whole line change-over in less than 30 minutes, creates a whole new bottling system that is economical and versatile for many industries.
